BANKER INDICTED
ALLEGED TAX EVASION NEW YORK, April 1.1. James Mitchell, chairman of the National City Bank, was indicted a second time to-day on a charge of evading the payment of income taxes totalling £11,200 for 1010. The indictment alleges that Mitchell claimed loss on a stock sale of £152,000, which was not genuine, it being disclosed that live months after the sale he re-purchased the stock at. n price virtually the same as the sales figure.
