NAZI OUTRAGE
NOTED JEW KILLED BOGUS WARRANT USED (Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received April 13. 3 p.m.) BERLIN. April 12. Men in Nazi uniform at Chemnitz made a nocturnal raid on the home of Dr. Weiner, a well-known Jewish lawyer who served with distinction in the, war, produced a warrant for his arrest, and removed him in a motor car. Ilis bulletriddled body was later found in tiic countryside. The police declare that the warrant was fictitious. An imprisoned Communist named Zitau was shot dead by ail Nazi, while attempting to escape.
