OLD SCULLING CHAMPION SYDNEY, April G. The death is reported of an Australian sculling identity, Mr. Neil Matterson, who was champion of England in 1889, and was a competitor for the world’s sculling championship in Sydney in tho nineties. MR. WALTER E. ROTH (Received April 7, 11 a.m.) GEORGESTOWN, British Guiana, April 6. Mr. Walter Edmund Roth, 73, the internationally known- anthropologist and curator of the British Guiana Museum, died to-day.
