AN ISLAND WEDDING
INTERESTING CEREMONY (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this av. The marriage of the Hon. John Havea Tuihaateiho, of Tonga, to Leafatulagi Seumanutafn, a daughter of the late Tuisila and Vaopnnimatagi Seumanutafa, took place at Apia on Saturday, March 19, writes the Apia correspondent of the Press Association. The bridegroom is a representative of the royal house of Tonga and a Minister of the Grown, being Governor of Vavau, Tonga. The bride, also, Is of high Samoan rank. The ceremony was performed in Samoan and Tongun fashion, showing the customs of both countries when the parties concerned are people of high estate. The Admin- | istrator, General 11. Hart,, and Mis . Hart were the principal guests at a t reception.
