LONDON, March 25. The British film censors have rejected a complete cinema film based on Mr. H. 'G. Wells’ “Island of Doctor Moreau,” on the ground that the theme is too horrible. The chief figure is' a mad professor, who experiments by transplanting human souls into animals’ bodies.
