JAPANESE IN NEW GUINEA (Received April 6, noon) BATAVIA, April b. The Government has requested tlm Governor of Moluccas to investigate the activities of foreign traders, shippers, and settlers# meaning Japanese, in north New Guinea. The investigation will cover a timber concession to Japanese in the neighborhood of Tarakan.
