STARTED IN CABIN
FIRE ON AIR LINER (Received April <>, 2 p.m.) BRUSSELS, April 5. Experts examined the debris of the air liner City of Liverpool and decided that the petrol tank did not explode in the air. The passenger cabin was afire before the plane struck the ground. Nothing abnormal was discovered regarding the condition of the engines.
