WAR ON CRIMINALS
SCIENTIFIC APPARATUS SYDNEY, Feb. 17. In order to assist them in their campaign against the criminal element the Criminal Investigation Branch is having modern equipment installed, including a scientific apparatus to deal with ballistics —the science of projectiles and firearms. The apparatus was selected in London by scientists acting for the Government and the Commissioner of Police.'
