THE ROOSEVELT CABINET (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Fob. 28, noon.) NEW YORK, Feb. 26. The appointments of Mr Claude A. Swanson, of Virginia, as Secretary of the Navy; Mr Harold lakes, of Illinois, as Secretary of the Interior; Mr Henry Wallace, of lowa, as Secretary of Agriculture; and Mr James Farley, as Postmaster-General in the Roosevelt Cabinet, were announced to day by the President-elect.
