The lost day of the Auckland Trotting Club’s 1 Mooting was opened in fine weather, but rain set in after the sixth race. There was a‘ fair attendance and (he track was fast before the rain. The totalisator for the day handled £25,252, compared with £22,361 for the final day last year, and for the meeting £85,572, compared with £78,729 last year.
