A PETITION FOR DIVORCE OIIIEF JUSTICE’S SUGGESTION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Suggestions made by the Chief ,Instieo, Sir Michael Myers, in the Supreme Court in Wellington yesterday at: a. hearing’ of a petition for divorce by Arthur .Tames Heighway, journalist, of Wellington, from "Katherine Napier Heighway, that no advantage was gained by thrashing out in court the allegations made in the suit, were acted upon by counsel for the parties. The petition was based on a deed of separation, and after His Honor had indicated his views ot the position, counsel asked and were granted leave to take an adjournment with a view to some arrangement being subsequent ly made. After formal evidence had been heard Mrs. Heighway was granted a decree nisi.
