LICENSE SUSPENDED
MOTOR PASSENGER SERVICE (Pur Press Association.) AIASTERTON, this day. Twenty breaches in detail of the license for a motof passenger service between A.fast orton and Carterton, and failure to conduct the service in conformity with the terms' and conditions of (the'license were alleged against A. j. Chapman in an inquiry conducted at Mastoiton yesterday by the No. <> Transport incensing Authority. Ah'. G. A. Troup presided. The case was the first of its kind in this .transport district. The charges all related to .running cars at hours nut in conformity with the approved time-table. .After hearing evidence-, the authority found that the service had. not boon conducted in conformity with I by tonus and conditions of the license, and suspended the license for two months.
