WAR DEBT PROBLEM
DISCUSSION IN PARIS (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 7. Mr Neville 'Chamberlain has left for Paris, where he will meet Mr MacDonald. who arrives from Geneva today. They will exchange views with French Ministers on the debts situation in respect to the Lausanne agreement to-morrow, after which Mr -MacDonald will return to Geneva and Mr ('linmherhtin I o '.ljondon. AMERICAN REPLIES (Received Dee. 8. 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dee. 7. The Secretary of State, Mr. H. L. Stimson,'has practically completed his reply to the second British war debts note, and it probably will be delivered to tho British Ambassador in a, day or two. Mr. Stimson is also working on a reply to the second French note.
