In tho third round of a professional middleweight wrestling contest 10night ;Tim Musson (N.Z.), .middleweight champion, lifted his opponent Harold Prico'(Australia) over tho ropes and then dashed out after Frscc. A general brawl resulted over t !1 0 ruins, of a smashed press table. Officials and wrestlers' joined in and police aid was sought and obtained, and a constable ordered Musson to lot go the headlock which lie had applied on the official announcer. » Musson was disqualified.

Tii a second bout. Lou Naylor (Auckland) 7 drew with Jock McLaughlin (Australia), one fall each, 1 after one of the best, bouts seen in 'Christchurch. Naylor took the first fall with a crucifix in the fourth' round.' McLaughlin equalled with an aeroplane spin in the sixth round.
