At the wool sales, 9849 hales were offered, including 4544 from Now Zea-land,-and -about 6700 'halos were sold, the homo trade and tho Continent operating .at full .late rates. There were some withdrawals, due to high limits. Compared with October closing sales, fine greasy merinos were at par to 5 pcicent, higiihr; medium, par; inferior, .5 per cent, lower; fine greasy 'crossbreds, 5 per cent, higher; inferior, 5 per cent, lowerv'slipes, fine, par; low, 5 to 10 per ceiitl cheaper.
