INCIDENTS ON FRONTIER RELATIONS IMPERILLED (Flee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Dec. .7, noon.) VIENNA, Dec. fi. The Balkans are in a ferment. Bulgarian and .tugo-Slavian relations are imperilled by frontier disputes. Jugo-Slavia diplomatically informed Bulgaria that she was withdrawing the mixed commission for a peaceful settlement of frontier incidents owing to Bulgaria’s failure to suppress terrorists’ organisations. Austria is protesting against Jugoslav kidnapping of Austrian subjects.
