PLANE NOSE-DIVES
SKILLED PILOT KILLED SYDNEY, Dec. 6. An Air Force aeroplane nose-dived 303 ft. during a forced landing near the Richmond aerodrome to-day. Flying--0 Ulcer Blaney was killed and his mechanic was slightly injured. Flying-Officer Blaney, who has been two years in the Air Force, was a skilled pilot. He was a son of General T. A. Blaney, Victorian Commissioner of Police, who at present is visiting Sydney for the test- match.
