YOUNG MAN CHARGED (Per Press Association.) WELLINIiTOEN', this day. Leslie Cyril McCarthy, 32, a jockey and laborer, on eight charges of stealing hjcyeles, two of receiving stolen property, and o.ue of the, unlawful conversion «f a car, was sentenced by .Mr. K. Page, S.M.. to two terms of six foufhs’ gaol, the .sentences to be cumulative. An allegation that lie forged a document at Christchurch is to be the subject of a charge there, according to a police statement.
