NOTED FRENCH STATESMAN (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 3. Monsieur and Madame Doumergue, who are visiting London, paid a visit 1.0 Westminster Abbey, and the tomb of the Unknown Warrior. They were subsequently received by the King and Queen at Buckingham Palace apd entertained at luncheon.
