SOVIET SOLDIERS’ FAMILIES LONDON, Dec. 2. The Times'’ Riga correspondent states that the Soviet has ordered an investigation into the conditions of soldiers’ families throughout the country, owing to Red Army complaints that .families are short of food. The .Soviet declared that the local authorities are ignoring the privilege promised to soldiers' families.
