OTTAWA AGREEMENTS REPRISALS SUGGESTED (Received Dec. 5, 11 a.m.) ROME, Nov. 4. Signor Rosaline, president of the National Exports Institute, in a speech in the General Assembly, in the presence of Signor Mussolini, said Italian exports to British Dominions were seriously 'affected by the Ottawa agreements, which had given a death-blow to the most favored nation clauses in international commercial treaties. Exporters, therefore, felt that the Government should make reprisals. The total of Italian imports and exports in 1932 was lower by 55 to CO per cent., compared with 1929.
