RETURN TO NORMALITY
MK. BALDWIN CONFIDENT BRITISH TRADE LEADERSHIP LONDON, Dec. 2. Mr. Stanley Baldwin, speaking at Sunderland, disclosed that lie would probably deal at the week-end with important matters. He did hope everyone would read the whole British note.
“You can mix it up with the test match,” he. added. Britain under the previous Government, he said, was third among the world’s great exporting countries and was now first. British manufacturers should take advantage of Ottawa and familiarise themselves with the Dominions’ requirements. He added that ho did believe what he had never been able to say before, namely, that :Britain’s turn towards normality was coming.
