TROUBLE IN ALWAR STATE CALCUTTA, Dec. 3. All is quiet in Alwar, where there have recently been agrarian troubles. The Maharajah has appointed a commission to inquire into the grievances. It Ls hoped that an amicable settlement will bo possible without bloodshed.
