The plaintiff, William Douglas Lysnar, claims from the National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, the sum of £50,919, and the bank counterclaims for the sum of £71,990, both claims arising out- of mortgage operations on the plaintiffs Arowhana station. Mr. Lysnar is conducting his own case.
