HUGE SUM INVOLVED
SUPREME COURT ACTION LYSNAR V. NATIONAL BANK AROWHANA STATION DISPUTE (Special to tlie Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day. More than £120,000 is involved in an action being heard by Mr. Justice MacGregor in the Supreme Court to-day, tho case arising out of a. dispute concerning the financing of Arowhana sheep station, in the Poverty Bay district. The plaintiff, William Douglas Lysnar, claims from the National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, the sum of £50,919, and the bank counterclaims for the sum of £71,990, both claims arising out- of mortgage operations on the plaintiffs Arowhana station. Mr. Lysnar is conducting his own case.
