GREATLY INCREASED
RUSSIAN UNEMPLOYED (-Received Dec. 3, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 2. The Times correspondent at Riga says unemployed have greatly increased in Russia. The Soviet is planning a commission to report on labor difficulties. Hundreds of thousands of skilled and unskilled workers ary continually seeking employment. A constant stream follows the mirage of better food and conditions.
