PICTON MURDER
QUESTIONS FOR APPEAL COURT (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Application is being made by Mr. Perry, of Wellington, counsel for Edward Tarrant, who was found guilty of the Picton murder, to reserve certain questions of law for the consideration of the Court of Appeal. It is stated that the matter may bo heard before Christmas.
