GOUGULOFF’S MOTHER
EXECUTED FOR THEFT . MOSCOW, Nov. 29. It is reported that the mfither of I’aul Uouguloff, who assassinated M. Doumer, President of France, has been executed. To save herself from starvation, Madame Gouguloff ami her sister stole from a collective farm and were arrested by the O.G.P.U. Several other executions have taken place for violating the Soviet’s grain edicts.
