Ask Collett Motors Ltd. for Freight 1 Rates, GISBORNE BOROUGH COUNCIL BY-LAW No. 17/ ■VOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council held on the 22nd day of NOVEMBER, 1932, it was resolved (by way of special order) that the Council make a by-law under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, together with any Acts heretofore or hereafter passed in amendment thereof or any Act passed in substitution therefor, and under the Finance Act (2) 1931. The object and purport of which by-law are as follows: Regulating the construction of buildings in relation to their resistance to earthquake shocks, and amendments to general by-laws in connection with street traffic, places of amusement, diseased dogs, Aerodrome, waterworks, and miscellaneous. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Read’s Quay, Gisborne, on the 20th day of DECEMBER, 193*2, at 7.30 p.m. A copy of the proposed special order and by-law is 'deposited at the office of the Council where the same will lie open for public inspection during office hours until the said confirming meeting is held.
