EXTENSION OF SCOPE (Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. An extension of the objects of the New Zealand Sheepowuers’ Acknowledgment of Debt to British Seamen Fund is provided for in the Local Legislation Bill which was introduced in the House Yesterday.
This will enable the scheme to extend relief and benefits to such dependants of those who served in any portion of the Imperial military or Air force during the war as the hoard of trustees decides to admit to Flock Mouse for farintraiuing purposes. The provision will have retrospective effect.
