58 GISBORNE ENTRIES A total of 08 pens have been entered bv sheepfarmers of the Poverty Bay district for the Meat (Board’s district lamb competition, and it is expected that a very good display will be made. The lambs will be killed at the Kaiti freezing works to-morrow morning, and will be judged oil the hooks at about 2 p.in., when the best 15 lambs will be selected to lepresont this district in the New Zealand display in London. Exhibitors and others interested 1 have been invited to see the display at the works to-morrow.
