MOTION FOR REPEAL DEBATE NEXT WEEK WASHINGTON, Nov. 26. The Speaker, Mr. Garner, announced on Saturday that he would recognise tiie motion to suspend the rules for a. vote on a resolution to repeal the Eighteenth Amendment on the first day oi the corning session of Congress, on December 5. He declared ; “Both parties have demanded an opportunity to vote on it, and I am going to let them have it. ”
