O’Meara, tho Auckland swimmer, that during! the Olympic Games in Los Angeles she was discourteously treated by the manager of the New Zealand team, Mr. P. N. Rundle, who she alleged had refused to obtain visitors privileges for her, the Now Zealand Swimming Council advised the Auckland centre to seek an explanation from All. Rundle himself. However, the centredecided to request the New Zealand Olympic and Empire Gaines Association to" obtain this explanation from Mr. Rundle. Furthermore, it was decided to notily Mr. Rundle of the action being taken by the centre and to send him a copy of the centre’s letter to the Olympic branch
