THEFTS ALLEGED
MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (Ppr Press Association.) WANGANUI, last night. At. the Magistrate’s Court., 'Marten, to-clay,, 'before Justices of the Doaco, V, J.-Jamieson, alias Kean,. 37, was charged 'with the theft, of clothing valued at £llO, the property of >C. M. Boss and Company, Limited, Palmerston North, arid of benzine valued at £4 4s 6d, the property of M. V. Atkindoij. The thefts took place ill Mart on some time ago, the clothing being in a car which had been left - standing outsido ,an hotel. On both charges the accused pleaded not guilty and was committed 'to the Supreme Court for trial,
