PROPOSED REGULATIONS OPERATION TO EE DEFERRED ( I’ai-liiunentary Reporter.) WHLIVING'L'ON, this day. It was announced by the Rt. Hon. J. (.!. Coates to-day that the issue of the Ordov-in-Coum'if to bring into force the draft regulations go\eriliug the licensing of goods services has been deferred for the special pur]lose of allowing the suggested ieguiiuiuiis to receive full consideration by all concerned. The Minister indicated that copies have been circulated, and comments and constructive criticism will be . welcomed. November 50 has I cen fixed as the date for Ibe receipt of such comments. The (iovcrumcnt lias no desire, however, Mr. Coates added, to unduly hurry the matter, and it is not proposed to issue the Order-in-l ..'ouneil until such time as all who desire to do so have had an opportunity of making their representations, and until valid objections have received lull consideration.
