LIFE IMPRISONMENT
AUSTRIAN BLUEBEARD VIENNA, Nov. 211. Loitgoeb, the Austrian Bluebeard, was sentenced to life imprisonment, admitting that lie had murdered several women. After lie was sentenced he tried to commit suicide by jumping from a window. Crowds have since besieged the prison, demanding the death penalty, though that is abolished in Austria.
