Mr H. E. Holland’s proposal to net u'p a representative Soloed- Committee to consider fjuestions . aborting the economic crisis is still in abeyance, the lit. Hon. G. W. Forbes stating in the House yesterday that the question of whether any good purpose would be served by appointing a committee had not been looked‘into. 'Mr Holland said lie merely asked whether the Government would agree to Iris moving the motion of which he had given notice. “They are shirking it.” commented a Labor member.
