WARNING TO CADDIES
NEW YORK, Nov. 15.
The Supreme Court has decided that a golfer is not responsible for injury to his caddv, but he is liable if he hits another player’s caddy. John Simpson, a caddy, lost an eye through being hit by a ball driven by a nearby player. The count held that if the boy had been caddying for that player it was his duty to watch the ball and if it hit him it would bo due to his negligence.
