A 70-year-old Auckland cyclist, Mr. Charles Burwcll, whose hobby for many years has been long-distance touring on a machine fitted with camping gear, has returned to Auckland after having ridden from the extreme north of New Zealand to Bluff and back. The trip to the north occupied 12 days, whilst the journey from Auckland to Bluff and back was covered in 26 days.
