HITLER REJECTS OFFER
DICTATORSHIP DEMANDED

Herr Hitler’s reply to Marshal von liindenburg, as forecasted, adds that the President’s proposal for a purely Parliamentary solution of the crisis is impracticable. It is believed that ho. suggests as an alternative a. presidential Cabinet with Herr Hitler, or another Nazi, as Chancellor, invested with dictatorial powers to dissolve tho Reichstag if it becomes obstreperous, and to rule without Parliament, arid also the reform of the constitution. It is expected that Marshal von liindenburg will reject the proposals.
