OTTAWA AGREEMENTS
.CANADIAN RATIFICATION (Received Nov. 23, 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, Nov. 22. The Canadian-Southern Rhodesia trade agreement was given a third reading in the House to-day by 105 votes to 16. Air. Mackenzie King and a number of other Liberals caused surprise by voting for the agreement.
A third reading was given the Free State, agreement by 89 votes to 48, and to the South African agreement by 92 votes to 48.
