ARMAMENTS CONFERENCE
GENEVA, Nov. 22.
Sir John Simon and Baron von Neuvath had a lengthy conference to-day regarding Germany’s return to the Disarmament Conference. It is understood that Baron von'Neurath said the decision depended on France falling into line with Britain.
