CHARGES AGAINST JAPAN

GENEVA, Nov. 22.
Dr. Wellington Koo has circulated allegations that Japanese in Manclmkno aerially bombed Yaokulak,- ruthlessly murder ing the occupants of villages, and also having, adopted conscription with a. view to exterminating Chinese volunteers opposing the Government, and sent an agent to force Chinese organisations to sign affidavits in favor of the “puppet” Government.,
