This afternoon in (lie Magistrate’s Court before Mr, P. H. Harper, S.M., a defended civil action was heard, the plaintiffs being Garrick, Weddcrspoon Company, Wellington (Mr. J. G. Nolan) and the defendants, C. T. C. Hands and Arthur Owen, pi nr. Mr. S. Beaufoy). The action concerned two radio receiving sets, of a value of £3(3 13s 4d.
