ATTACK BY LION
WEDDERBURN (Vic.), Oct.. 10. William Sole, of Sole Bros.’ circus, whilst doing an animal act with seven lions last night, was attacked by one of the beasts, which severely lacerated one. of his legs. Although suffering great pain, Sole pluekily continued the turn. This is the second time within three weeks that the same animal has injured its keeper.
