Ooyy find John and .James Paterson in the Croupier case does not taint, other horses they may at present own, and such horses, if sold in good faith,, may: be raced in other ownership during the currency of the disqualification. This is because the disqualification is made under rule 121 of the Rules of Racing, and not under rule 351. The offence is not a corrupt practice within the meaning of the rules, and hence rule 364 does not apply.
