Alien immigration and - custom's.' officers at senports mid airports have' been instructed to watclr for signs of the trafjic.' Application of severe legislation against drug peddlers apparently stamped out the evil a few years tigo. Tho revival is believed to have been caused by a relaxation in supervision resulting from economy cuts in'law enforcement personnel,
