BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION GAMES’ NIGHT HELD To mark the close of the 1932 baskethall season a games’ night was held by the Poverty Bay Basketball Association in the Gaiety Skating lunk last night. There was a good attendance and the evening was successful from every standl ’ C -q' think you will all agree that the season has been a most successful one, said Mrs. G, H, Skbats, president o the , association, in outlining the work ot the year, ‘•and that the standard of play has shown a great improvement as compared v>itii previous year. The Borough Council and the Domain Board were able to arrange for most of the money required and we are very grateful to them lot* the tine and useful building provided.
