Fashionable Ann
THE craze for old-world names has * revived the fashion for the name Ann, which is as popular with modern mothers as it was disliked by the mothers of a generation ago. Lady May Abel Smith is the latest recruit to the list of wclbknown youngmothers who arc calling their babies Ann, and she chose the name because both she and her husband like it, and not in honor of any friend or kin. The Queen is to be god-mother to her new great-niece, who is to be christened Ann Mary Sibylla.
