BELGRADE, Oct. 6.

An unknown man, at 6 a.m. to-day, asked a portin' of tlio Officers’ Homo to cany a heavy handbag and wait for him there. The porter was waiting in the vestibule, when a bomb in tho handbag exploded, blowing oil' the porter’s legs and causing other injuries, from which l;e succumbed. A woman employee and several passersby were .injured.
