RIOTING U.S. VETERANS TROOPS ARRIVE ON SCENE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received July 29, 2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 28. White House officials said information had come to them from Secret Service agents that the veterans who led the attack upon the policemen (reported on page 5) were entirely members of tho Communist group. The following statement was made without amplification by one of tlie President’s secretaries: “Troops arrived in the troubled area at 4.45 p.m. with orders to clear away the veterans.”
